The Team
The Garden Studios staff are here to make life easier for you – that’s our job. There are quite a few of us: a reception and admin team of four, full time maintenance support and three full time directors. Our staff are highly trained – we've had the Investors in People award since 2001.

Kim Britton FCIS
Kim Britton has been our Managing Director since 1993 so has overseen a lot of changes to Garden Studios and our industry in general. She now serves on the board of the Business Centre Association (the serviced office trade body) and is Chair of a sub-committee specialising in Independents, of which Garden Studios is one of the largest players. But of course her main priority is Garden Studios of which she is justifiably very proud. |

Martina Duffy
Martina is our Sales Director/Business Centre Manager who joined in 1993. She has an increasingly busy role as our centre has expanded from 18,000 sq ft to almost 30,000 sq ft over the years, ensuring new clients are settled in smoothly and organising office moves as current clients' requirements change. Everyone knows if they go to Martina with a request or a problem, it will get dealt with speedily and efficiently. On a personal side, our parties would not be the same without her! |

John O’Donnell
John is our Business Development Director who oversees and develops the IT/telephony infrastructure and has overall responsibility for the building itself and the ongoing improvement works for which Garden Studios is well recognised. Recently he has designed and overseen our latest extension in Shelton Street and masterminded our entrance change. Like many others here he has been with us a long time (since 1995) and is absolutely central to the day to day operation of Garden Studios. |

Karolina Protasiewicz
Karolina, or Linka as we know her here, has been promoted from reception which she joined in 2008 to take on the busy operations role. Working closely with Martina on administration and John on the IT and facilities side, she provides tremendous support with unfailing enthusiasm. In her spare time she works with the Scouts, proving what a level headed and generous person she is. |

Samantha Hepburn
Samantha heads up the Garden Studios team on the front desk reception. Although a fairly new recruit, she quickly impressed the team and clients alike with her professionalism and capabilities. She is always very calm in an often busy reception and a great support for everyone. She also has excellent design skills as is evidenced by her professionally produced posters and newsletters. |

Lisa Murray
Lisa has been with us since 1998 and we don't know what we would do without her. She is an excellent receptionist with great organisational skills and now helps to co-ordinate the maintenance and facilities in our ever growing building. We also have her to thank for a lot of the work organising the popular Garden Studios parties. |

Vicki Morris
You can't miss Vicki when you come to our reception - she has a bright welcoming smile for everyone and always looks stylish. Her professionalism behind reception is exemplary and her phone manner second to none. Extremely popular with the team, clients and visitors alike, she's been with us since 2007 and helps to keep our busy reception running smoothly. |

Chris Garbutt
Chris has been helping out at Garden Studios with the building expansion projects and refurbishment work over the last year. He has now taken on a permanent role in maintenance to take care of Garden Studios; the general building maintenance, office refurbs between lettings and supervising of contractors. Chris is hard-working with a great sense of humour - a pleasure to work with. |

Laura Mussell
Laura is our marketing consultant. After over 10 years with Garden Studios, she is now concentrating on her own career as a nutritional therapist but we still count her as one of our team as she works with us on specific marketing and design contracts, using her excellent creative skills to promote our centre. |
