There is a whole range of services available at Garden Studios to support your business. We have invested in the people, the technology and the equipment – so you don’t have to.
From photocopying to maintenance to receiving your visitors we can take care of it all and we’ll always try and go that extra mile for you.
If there’s something you need that we don’t do, we’ll negotiate with suppliers who can. Plus, because we have the buying power of a large centre, we can get a good deal for you.
DDI (direct dial-in) numbers give a professional touch as we answer calls in your company name at reception. Alternatively, calls can go directly to your office or be forwarded to an external number (e.g. after hours or at weekends). There’s a one-off fee for DDI numbers and a range of numbers for you to choose from.
Call charges are standard BT rates. Your licence fee includes telephone answering by our receptionists, re-routing of calls to your office and voicemail, call handling, line rental and maintenance (4 hour call-out), voicemail with 24-hour external access, handsets, telephone upgrades and on site assistance. When you move in, we configure your telephone set up to your requirements.
We have a leased line which is dedicated to Garden Studios and monitored 24/7. This shared service, as well as a managed network (plug and play) is included in your monthly fee. The managed network allows you to network computers and peripherals without running cabling and equipment in the office. The router and a hardware firewall is housed in our comms room. We offer secretarial services such as word processing, mail-shots and envelope stuffing. Plus, we provide PA services such as confidential letter opening and faxing, and diverting telephones in your absence. If you’re running late for a meeting, just let us know – we’ll welcome and look after your clients.
All post is sorted and ready for collection each morning. Outgoing mail is collected each evening at 4.45 pm from reception. We can also frank your outgoing mail and organise special (e.g. guaranteed) and recorded deliveries.
There are two well equipped kitchens in the building and a coffee making area on the ground floor. Coffee and Cold drinks vending machines are also available.
With 24 hours' notice we can organise catering for your meetings from our menu selection.
